Liquid Colour Liner

Liquid, highly pigmented coloured eye liner.

Intense colour effects with a matte finish: The Liquid Color Liner can be used to emphasize the natural eye color and create an attractive, colourful contrast.

APPLICATION:

Apply the liner from the inner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash line. For intense cat eyes, simply draw the line upwards over the corner of the eye.

Once opened and unsealed items cannot be returned.
